Since 30 years of the reform and opening up, China realizes great innovation of the theory on the ownership economy. Only by correctly understanding position and function of non-public economy and encouraging, supporting and guiding its development, can we give fidl play to the function of ＇taking non-public economy as important power for the promotion of development of China＇ s social productivity＇ and realize its better and faster progress.
