摘要
1978以来的宁夏工业体制改革经历了扩权让利、承包责任制、制度创新、改革深化四个阶段,改革开放极大推动了宁夏工业发展。总结以往的经验教训,能够进一步促进宁夏工业经济发展。
Concerning such four steps as broadening authority, contracted responsibility system, system innovation and reform deepening since 1978 years, Ningxia＇s reform on industrial system greatly improves the development of Ningxia＇s industry. The summarization of previous experience and lesson will promote its further growth.
