影响员工创新的组织环境因素及作用机制分析 被引量:2

摘要 大力推动企业自主创新对组织的创新管理活动提出了更高的要求。文章从分析科技创新的概念内涵与研究取向入手,探讨了组织创新的研究层次,以及影响员工创新的组织环境因素,分析了组织工作环境因素对企业创新的作用模型和组织创新环境管理资源束,期望对推动企业创新管理有所借鉴。
