社区参与旅游发展是旅游业可持续发展不可缺少的因素,国内社区参与旅游发展过程中存在参与面不广,参与层次不高,参与能力和水平低,收入分配不均以及参与保障机制不健全等一系列问题,引起了各界特别是旅游学界的密切关注。文章从社区参与旅游发展的意义、在发展过程中的瓶颈问题展开分析,并提出相应解决办法。

Community participation is a necessary system in the system of sustainable development in the tourism. Many problems were exposed in the course of community - involved tourism development ：for example, scale of partcipation is limited, participation levels are not high, and the ability to participate is weak. And there are difference in distribution of income and imperpection of security mechanism, which begins to draw attention from the scholars of every field, especially in tourism. This article focuses on analysis of the significance and problem in community - involved toursim development and puts forward some measures.
