摘要
文章在综述了大学核心竞争力的概念、特征和培育的基础上,探讨了成都大学核心竞争力的结构模式和形成机制,提出了四条培育途径:一是针对办学层次多、校区多、有待进一步深度融合的现状,应迅速整合资源;二是针对"城市型综合大学"的概念仍停留在理论层面,缺乏具体的、可操作的探索和实践的情况,应迅速科学定位,强化特色;三是针对师资队伍数量少、结构不尽合理的现状,应迅速实施人才战略,完善人才评估机制和绩效管理;四是针对学科专业设置不够科学的问题,应在学科建设上准确定位,建立专家主导的发展决策机制,优化专业结构和进行学科创新。
The article discusses the structural model and mechanism of core competence of Chengdu University based on the concept, characteristics and cultivation of it. Four schemes are showed as follows: First, the educational resource should he integrated due to various campuses and different levels of running; second, subject- positioning and character- strengthening should be adjusted because of the lack of practical and concrete operation processes of city - typed comprehensive university; third, the talents' strategies, evaluation system and performance management should he quickly improved in order to solve the shortage of teachers and unreasonable subject frameworks as well;forth, owing to unreasonable major framework, the subject- positioning nxxlel, the expert- leading strategy and the major- optimizing and major- innovating should he set as early as possible.
