高素质应用型人才培养实践教学的问题与对策——以成都大学为例

The Problems and Solutions of Practical Teaching on Developing Practical Talents with High Qualities——The Case Study of Chengdu University

高素质应用型人才的培养,实践教学环节起着决定性的作用,但实践教学环节却存在着亟待加强的问题。文章以成都大学为例,结合学校人才培养定位,针对实践教学中存在的问题,提出以下对策:从办学理念上重视实践教学,构建实践教学新体系,创新实践教学方式,加强实践教学师资队伍的建设,整合全校的实践教学资源、搭建实验示范中心,积极开拓与建设优质校外实践基地,建立实践教学质量评价体系,加强实践教学制度建设、强化实践教学管理。

The process of practical teaching plays a very important role on developing practical talents with high qualities,while it Ires many problems for urgent promotion. Taking the ease of Chengdu University as an example, the author discnsses and analyzes the existing problems and provides some possible solutions as follows： based on the emphases on practical teaching, new teaching system should be built, practical teaching methods shotdd be innovated, the construction of teachers shotdd be emphasized, practical teaching resources should be integrated, the center of experimental model should be set up, out- sehool practical base should be expanded, the evaluation system of practical teaching should be constructed, and the construction and management of practical teaching should be enhanced.
