摘要 [目的]制备一种农用复合高吸水树脂。[方法]以黄原胶(XG)、乙烯基磺酸钠(SVS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备XG/SVS-AM复合高吸水树脂,分别研究MBAA用量、APS用量、反应温度、AM和SVS用量对产物吸水性能的影响。[结果]所得复合高吸水树脂对生理盐水有良好的耐受性。当M(MBAA)∶M(XG)=0.025∶1.000,M(APS)∶M(XG)=0.035∶1.000,M(SVS)∶M(XG)=0.450∶1.000,M(AM)∶M(XG)=0.600∶1.000,反应温度为60℃时,所制备的树脂对去离子水和生理盐水的吸收率最高,分别达到1 267 g/g和206 g/g。[结论]该吸水树脂将在农业、园艺等领域有较高的应用价值。 [Objective] The super absorbent compound resin for agricultural usage was prepared.[Method] The xanthan gum(XG),sodium ethylene sulfonate(SVS)and ateacrylamide(AM)being taken as main raw material,MBAA as cross-linking agent and APS as initiator,the super absorbent resin was synthesized through water solution polymerization.The effects of the factors such as amount of MBAA and APS,reaction temperature,amount of AM and SVS on the water absorption capacity of the resin were discussed.[Results] The results showed that the resin had good tolerance to physiological saline,and the water absorption capacity of the resin was 1 267 g/g for deionized water,and 206 g/g for physiological saline under the condition that M(MBAA)∶M(XG)=0.025∶1.000;M(APS)∶M(XG)=0.035∶1.000;the reaction temperature was 60 ℃,M(SVS)∶M(XG)=0.450∶1.000 and M(AM)∶M(XG)=0.600∶1.000.It was expected to have high application value in the field of agriculture and horticulture.[Conclusion] The resin was with high application value in agriculture,horticulture and other fields.
