盐分胁迫对宁盐1号小麦群体质量·产量及蛋白质含量的影响

Effects of Salt Stress on the Population Quality,Yield and Protein Content in Wheat Cultivar Ningyan 1

不同盐分土壤上种植小麦试验表明:盐分胁迫导致小麦群体质量变劣,花后干物质积累少,群体叶面积指数小,灌浆速率下降,从而导致产量3因素下降,产量降低。随着土壤盐分浓度的增加,小麦籽粒蛋白质和各组分含量提高,但小麦籽粒蛋白质积累量下降。

The planting test of wheat in soil with different salt content showed that salt stress led the population quality of wheat to get bad.Dry matter accumulation after anthesis,leaf area index of population and filling speed decreased under salt stress,which led to the decrease of three yield factors and the yield.With the increasing of salt concentration in soil,the contents of grain protein and each component in wheat increased and the accumulation amount of grain protein in wheat decreased.
