摘要 [目的]寻求适宜膏桐种子发芽的处理方法。[方法]采用人工损伤种皮、剥壳、热水浸种、20%双氧水浸种和清水浸种5种处理方法,研究不同处理对膏桐种子发芽率的影响。[结果]结果表明,人工损伤种皮处理后种子的发芽率为75.00%;剥壳处理的种子发芽率为85.00%;60℃热水浸种10 min处理的种子发芽率为83.33%,高于其他水温和浸种时间的处理结果;20%双氧水浸种3 min处理的种子发芽率为91.67%,高于5和7 min浸种的结果。[结论]膏桐种子最佳处理方法为20%双氧水浸种3 min。 [Objective] The aim of this research was to seek the optimum seed treatment method for Jatropha curcas.[Method] Seed germination experiments were conducted to determine the effect of different treatments on germination rate of Jatropha curcas seeds,such as artificial damnification of seed capsule,artificial decorticating seed capsule,soaking seeds with the hot water,20% oxydol solution and the clear water,respectively.[Result] The results indicated that the seed germination rate was 75.00% by artificial damnification of seed capsule.Treated with decorticating seed capsule,the seed germination rate was 85.00%.When the seeds were soaked in 60 ℃ water for 10 min,the germination rate(83.33%) was highest than other seed germination rates treated with other temperature water and time.The germination rate(91.67%) of soaking seed with 20% H2O2 solution for 3 min was the highest than the germination rates of soaking seeds for 5 and 7min.[Conclusion] The best treatment for seed germination of J.curcus was soaking seeds with 20% H2O2 solution for 3 min.
