摘要
[目的]探寻烟草种子发芽率快速测定的方法。[方法]研究烟草种子发芽率与其浸出液电导率间的关系。[结果]结果表明,烟草种子浸出液的电导率与烟草种子发芽率呈显著的线性负相关(r=-0.938^-0.994);在浸种10~12 h后测定电导率能准确地反映烟草种子发芽率。[结论]可以利用电导率法快速测定烟草种子的发芽率。
[Objective]The purpose was to seek the method of tobacco seeds germination rate test.[Method] Relationship between electrical conductivity and tobacco seeds germination rate were analyzed by regression analysis.[Result]The results showed that the electrical conductivities and the seeds germination rate were significantly correlated negatively(r=-0.938——0.994).The seeds germination rate of tobacco seeds was reflected accurately when determining electrical conductivity after soaking seed 10-12 h.[Conclusion]Testing method of tobacco seed germination rate by electrical conductivity is easy,quick and valuable.
