摘要
[目的]测定茶树油对植物病原真菌的抑制作用。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定茶树油对水稻恶苗菌、尖孢镰刀菌和水稻纹枯菌的最小抑菌浓度。[结果]茶树油对3种测试菌的菌丝生长均具有显著的抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度分别为1.000%、0.750%和0.125%。[结论]茶树油对3种植物真菌菌丝生长的抑制作用显著,为进一步开发农用杀菌剂奠定了基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the inhibition effects of tea tree oil on the phytopathogenic fungi.[Method] By using mycelium growth rate method,the minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of tea tree oil on Fusarium moniliforme,Fusarium oxysporum,Rhizoctonia solani were determined.[Result] Tea tree oil had significant inhibition effects on the mycelium growth of three kinds of test fungi,with MIC of 1.000%,0.750% and 0.125% respectively.[Conclusion] Tea tree oil had significant inhibition effects on the mycelium growth of three kinds of plant fungi and the results laid the foundation for developing the agricultural germicide further.
