摘要
大气中SO2通过降低植物叶片的气孔导度和光合速率影响叶片碳同位素组成(δ13C),因此可以运用碳同位素技术反映大气SO2的污染情况,为控制城市大气SO2的污染提供理论依据。通过研究兰州市槐树叶片的碳同位素组成(δ13C)来揭示大气中SO2对叶片碳同位素组成的影响。研究结果表明,叶片δ13C值与大气SO2浓度具有显著相关性。
Atmospheric SO2 affected carbon isotope composition(δ13C) of leaves by decreasing the stomatal conductance and photosynthetic rate of leaves.So the pollution situation of atmospheric SO2 could be reflected by using carbon isotope technology,which could provide the theoretical basis for controlling the pollution of atmospheric SO2 in cities.Through studying the carbon isotope composition of Sophora japonica leaves in Lanzhou City,the effects of atmospheric SO2 on carbon isotope composition of leaves were revealed.The results showed that δ13C value of leaves had a significant correlation with atmospheric SO2 concentration.
