摘要
[目的]研究在低温贮藏条件下,蜂胶的防腐保鲜效果。[方法]在2℃条件下,应用自制蜂胶保鲜剂对美国黑提进行保鲜处理,连续观察葡萄发霉情况、果形及口感变化。[结果]结果表明,在低温贮藏条件下,浓度1.0%蜂胶保鲜剂可使葡萄50 d不霉变,并有较好的商品价值。[结论]蜂胶用于葡萄保鲜有较好的应用前景。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of propolis on the preservation of grape under low temperature.[Method] American black grape was preserved with self-commaned propolis at 2 ℃, and the situation of mildewing,the changes of fruit shape,taste were continuously observed.[Result] The results showed that concentration 1.0% propolis preservative kept the grape not to mildew,and had good commercial value for 50d under cold storage.[Conclusion] The usage of propolis on the preservation of grape had good application foreground.
