男性青少年性激素水平及其与性发育、体格发育的关系

The male Youngsters sex hormone level and its relationship with sex and physical development.

为探讨男性青少年性激素水平及其与性发育、体格发育的关系。采用放射免疫分析法测定了8-19岁男性青少年128名的血清性激素 FSH、LH、PRL、E_2、T;并同时检查其性发育程度和体格发育状况。结果发现性激素水平基本随年龄的增长和性发育程度的提高而升高,且直线相关分析也表明每项性激素与每项性发育及体格发育指征间均呈正相关。提示性激素于青春期的突增,不仅决定着性发育,而且还参与促进体格发育。

For to understand male youngsters sex hor- mone level and its relationship with sex and physi- cal development,using radioimmunoassay,serum sex hormone FSH,LH,PRL,T E2 were deter- mined in 8-19 years old 128 male youngsters.And their sex development degree and physical deelop- ment status were checked up at the same time.Re- sults:it showed that sex hormone level was basi- cally increased along with growth of age and sex development degree,and rectilinear correlative analysis showed that there are positive correlation between each sex hormone and each physical devel- opment sign.The results indicated that the sex hormone increase sharply in puberty,not only de- termine sex development,but also participate in promote growth development.
