摘要
利用气相色谱法测定变压吸附制氮气中的微量氧的方法。与常规的电化学氧浓度传感器测氧方法相比较,该分析方法具有操作简便、精确度高、测试时间短和样品用量少等优点。
In this paper, the trace oxygen content out of nitrogen in pressure - swing - adsorption nitrogen manufacture process was measured by the gas chromatography method. Comparing to the routine electrochemistry oxygen content sensor measurement, the method used in this paper has many advantages such as high accuracy, short analysis time and small sample used.
