摘要 为降低蒸汽系统的物质及能量损失,中国石油兰州石化公司动力厂建立了气动式排凝回收站和凝结水排汽加压站,投用了蒸汽系统实时数据采集及在线智能监测优化离线模拟系统。蒸汽系统损失主要由计量损失、主干管线散热损失和排空排凝损失3部分组成,总损失约为总供汽量的22%。标定结果表明:回收利用低压蒸汽,蒸汽损失量约可减少5t/h,凝结水回收量为10-20t/h;蒸汽系统数据自动采集站投用后,蒸汽损失可减少3.5t/h;管道保温效果的改善,可节约蒸汽量为6.08万t/a。 In order to reduce the consumption of energy and raw material, stations of pneumatic recy- cling, vapor evacuation and compression for conden- sate were established, and a system of real- time da- ta collection and online intelligent monitoring optimization offline simulation was applied:the losses of steam system consisted of measurement loss, trunk pipelines heat loss and emptying condensate loss, and the total loss was about 22% of total steam. The calibration results showed that the steam losses could reduce about 5 t/h and the recycling condensate was 10 -20 t/h for low - pressure steam. After the application of automatic data collection station, the steam losses could reduce 3.5 t/h. By improving the heat insulation effect of pipeline, the steam of 60.8 kt/a could be saved.
