摘要
分析了中国石油辽阳石油化纤公司金兴化工厂丁二烯装置C4原料C5组分含量超标对装置的影响。通过采取增大解析塔侧线、炔烃萃取塔第77板、脱重塔底的C5抽出量以及降低装置负荷的措施,可使C4原料中C5质量分数小于3%,控制丁二烯产品中乙烯基乙炔质量分数小于0.5×10-5。
The influence of excessive C5 compo- nent in C4 cut fraction on butadiene production of Liaoyang Petrochemical Fiber Company was analysed. Through increasing extraction amout of C5 in side line of desorber,77 th tray of alkyne etraetive tower, bottom of heavy component removing towerand decreasing unit load, the mass fraction of vinyl acetylene could be controlled below 0.5×10^-5 when the mass fraction of C5 component in C4 cut fraction was below 3%
