摘要
20世纪90年代以来,患者安全问题引起世界各国的高度关注。如何建立与患者安全相匹配的医疗管理系统,成为医疗卫生行业亟待探讨和解决的问题。本文围绕构建以患者安全为中心的医疗管理系统进行了阐述,包括建设患者安全文化、建立健全患者安全制度和流程、建立非惩罚性医疗安全不良事件上报系统、不良事件分析与系统改进和学科之间团结协作等。提出只有不断致力于患者安全的各项工作,持续推行患者安全理念,才能逐步形成以患者安全为中心的医院管理模式。
Since 1990s, patient safety has been paid more attention worldwide. It is becoming a more and more important subject that how to establish a medical management system of patient safety for healthy department. This article expatiates on establishing medical management system of patient safety. It includes the patient safety culture forming, patient safety rules building, adverse events reporting system constructing, adverse events analysis and system betterment and cross-field teamwork. The author concludes that forming hospital management model is a long term work through taking measures and pushing thoughts continually.
