摘要
目的:将模糊数学理论运用于医院优势学科综合评价研究中,以更客观、科学的明确学科定位,遴选具有各级别重点学科资质的优势学科,确定学科建设方向。方法:以武警部队医院为研究对象,着重研究"隶属武警部队总医院、总队医院(含分院)、院校附属医院,年经济收入或部队患者收容率超过所在医院均线"的学科资料,运用模糊数学理论拟合综合评价的一般模型并进行模型应用、检验。结果:建立了武警部队医院优势学科综合评价指标体系和模糊数学模型。结论:该模型具有选优、定位、排序、规划等功能,尤其适用于定性与定量指标相结合的较复杂的学科评价体系。
Objectives: To find advanced department more objectively and scientifically and select key department by using fuzzy mathematics. Methods: Hospitals were scoped on Chinese People' s Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Hospital, focused on hospitals belongs to General Hospital of CAPF and affiliated medical college hospital. Departments were selected by the conditions of admission rate or income was higher than those of the average level in the same hospital. Fuzzy mathematics was carried out to simulate the synthetical evaluation model and deploys the model to evaluate a Cardiology Department. Results: The synthetical evaluation index system on advanced departments in CAPF hospitals was shaped and the fussy mathematics model was established. Conclusions: The function of fuzzy mathematics model has the functions of location, sorting and planning. Particularly, the model can apply on the complexevaluation system.
