以现代价值链理论为基础,分析价值链理论在军队医院成本管理中的地位和作用,论述了军队医院价值链管理的特性和价值链理论对军队医院成本管理的启示。
The author analyzes the enlightenments of the value chain theory in cost management of the military hospital Based on the modern value chain theory, it can control the cost, economize the consumption of energy and realize the maximal hospital value. The application of the theory of value chain in the military hospital provides the important and real significance in the constructinn of military hospital.
