In order to mine total height safely and high efficiently under ＂three soft＂ and unstable coal seam at Suli coal mine, a few aspects should be thought much of about hydraulic roof support, selection and design so that collapse of coal wall, fall of roof in front of support and pressed into floor of support can be controlled reliably.
