摘要 以低合金高强度结构钢HQ70和HQ80C为例,分析了焊接过程焊缝区切痕、裂纹、内应力和变形等缺陷产生的原因。讨论了损伤特征表面缓慢破坏的机理及特征范围、金相组织、残余应力、热影响区等变化以及裂纹速度耗电量与损伤表面形状的关系,最后得出采用固有焊接流的加热方法,能够消除缓慢破坏过程,提高焊接质量。 Based on the low alloy high strength steel HQ70 and HQ80C. Analyze the defective mason of the welding seam for the shear mark, crack, internal stress, deformation in the course of the welding. The surface character damaged mechanics and scope , metallurgical structure, residual stress, HAZ variation , and the relationship between the crack speed power consumption and the damaged surface shape are discussed. The conclusion that heating method of inherent welding current could remove damage, improve the welding quality could be drawn.
