井下自动排水用液压可控闸阀仿真研究 被引量:4

摘要 从井下水泵房现场情况出发,提出液压可控闸阀设计方案。利用FLUENT动网格建立了可控闸阀的几何模型和数学模型,对其内部运动流场进行了数值模拟,并对模拟结果进行了分析。由分析结果可知,当阀门关闭或者开启速度大于0.01 m/s,容易发生压力波动现象,引起水锤现象。 Presented the design scheme of the controllable shut off valve according to the real condition of drainage system. Geometric model and mathematic model of the hydraulic controllable shut - off valve were built by using FLUENT dynamic mesh technology, the numerical simulation to its internal flow field was carried on, and the analog result was analysed. From the analysis results, can see that, when the valve' s closure or open velocity is bigger than 0.01 m/s, the phenomenon of pressure fluctuation and the water hammer would occur easily.
