摘要
关于深海履带螺旋滚筒式采矿车的采掘头针对车体的位置进行分析和讨论,从而研究采矿车的稳定性;分析了采矿车上坡、下坡及平地工作时的稳定性,而在工作时根据采掘头所处的位置不同,车体工作时的稳定性亦不同;根据理论分析得出的方程式和实验数据得出:采掘头下置时,车体在工作状态中更为稳定,为深海履带螺旋滚筒式采矿车整体设计提供了理论参考。
The stability of mining vehicle was analyzed and discussed when cutting head was located diffence places and the vehicle was working in diffence situations, such as moving upwards, moving downwards and on level ground. The mining vehicle' s stability was changed with difference places of cutting head in work. Accoming to the experimental data and analytic equation, draw a conclusion. The mining vehicle was more stable when cutting head was located under the vehicle in work. Theoretic, the reference for whole design of deep - sea tracked and spiral drummed mining vehicle were provided.
