摘要
预热温度、扫描速度、激光功率、铺粉厚度是影响激光烧结成形性能的主要因素。在一定的实验条件下,从激光能量分布和激光烧结机理出发,指出在烧结过程中激光功率与激光扫描速度是影响烧结温度的直接因素,并推导出激光功率与激光扫描速度匹配的理论模型。通过计算机模拟同实验结合来优化扫描速度、激光功率,对进一步提高成形件的尺寸精度和改善烧结件的强度具有一定的理论指导意义。
The influence of preheat temperature, scanning velocity, laser power and thickness of single layer on molding quality in SLS(selective laser sintering) are main factors. Based on laser energy distributing and the mechanism of SLS, it is determined that the laser power and scanning velocity are the first factors of influencing temperature in sintering process. A matching model between laser power and scanning velocity is established. By means of computer simulations and experiments, the combination of prototyping sintering parameters are optimized. The work will be theoretically benificial to improving the part dimensional precision and strength.
