摘要
以VF-222升降台铣床的数控改造为例,分析了机床数控改造的总体方案和主运动系统、进给运动系统的改造方案,并详细介绍了伺服进给系统的动力参数计算及步进电机的选用。
Taking the NC transformation of VF - 222 knee - type milling machine as an example, it has analyzed the overall plan for NC transformation of the machine and the transformation plan for feeding system and main driving system. It has introduced in detail the calculation of power parameters and the selection of the step motor for the servo feeding system.
