摘要
为了提高设备的可靠性、延长设备的使用寿命,利用单片机内部16位定时/计数器,结合555芯片,设计了低成本、高分辨率检测润滑油状态的数字化检测仪,对机械润滑中的润滑油进行实时监控按质换油,降低了按期换油导致设备寿命降低的危害。
In order to improve the reliability of the equipments, reducing energy consumption and lengthen the service life, the digital detector of lubricating oil is designed using AT89C2051 and 555. The detector is applied to realize real-time monitoring of mechanical lubrication system, can change＂oil change on time＂to＂oil change as quality＂, prolong engine life.
