二球悬铃木早季修剪鲜叶的营养成分及利用 被引量:2

摘要 参照国家饲料产品质量监督检验标准,对二球悬铃木早季修剪鲜叶进行了营养成分分析和喂饲试验。结果表明,二球悬铃木早季鲜叶的粗脂肪和粗纤维含量远高于稻谷和鲜白菜;粗蛋白含量远高于稻谷,与鲜白菜相当。鲜叶中含有各种氨基酸,必需氨基酸总量比鲜稻谷高73.53%,比鲜白菜低12.93%,但必需氨基酸总量占总氨基酸含量的百分比高于比鲜稻谷和鲜白菜7%左右。通过对比实验动物常规营养成分和必需氨基酸需要量发现,二球悬铃木早季修剪鲜叶的绝大部分营养成分符合饲料的营养标准,作为牲畜饲料是完全可行的;尤其是富含必需氨基酸,是牲畜饲料中氨基酸来源的较好选择。并对上海市二球悬铃木早季修剪枝叶的利用方式进行了调查,探讨了其多层次高效益的综合利用途径。 According to the national standard for the supervision and inspection over the quality of food for livestock, the nutritional components of fresh leaves pruned from Platanus acerifolia L. in early season were analyzed and feeding experiments with them were conducted. The results showed that crude fat and fiber contents in the fresh leaves were much higher than those in the fresh rice and cabbage, and crude protein content was nearly equal to that of the fresh cabbage but much higher than that in the fresh rice. The essential amino acid contents in the fresh leaves pruned from Platanus acerifolia L. in early season were 73.53% higher than that in the fresh rice while 12.93% lower than that in the fresh cabbage. However, the percentage of the essential amino acids to total amino acids in the fresh leaves was above 7% higher than that in the fresh rice and cabbage. The feeding experiments indicated that the fresh leaves met the national standard for the quality of food for livestock both in the contents of conventional nutritional components and in the contents of essential amino acids, suggesting that the fresh leaves could be taken completely as food for livestock in practice. Furthermore, the utilizations of the fresh leaves pruned from Platanus acerifolia L. in early season were investigated in Shanghai, and comprehensive approaches with multi-levels and high benefits for utilizing it were explored.
