摘要
叙述了传统造纸工业是我国污染排放的重点行业,也是能耗大户;介绍了"十五"期间造纸工业节能减排的进展及其成果;公布了2006～2008年国家颁布的有关节能减排政策法规;提出造纸工业"十一五"节能减排的目标及工作要点。
Paper industry is one of key industries of China＇s pollutant discharge and also a large consumer of energy consumption. The paper introduces the progress and results of the energy conservation and discharge reduction of paper industry in the ＂Tenth Five-year Plan＂ period, publicizes the policies and regulations promulgated by the state on energy conservation and discharge reduction during 200G2008 and proposed the target and work points of energy conservation and discharge reduction for paper industry during the ＂Eleventh Five-year Plan＂.
