用C_9石油树脂作松香增效剂

Petroleum resin C_9 as a rosin enhancement agent

用C9石油树脂作松香增效剂,利用阳离子复配型乳化剂制备阳离子分散松香胶,研究C9石油树脂含量、硫酸铝用量、施胶剂用量及抄纸pH值对纸张施胶度的影响。结果表明:加入5%～10%的C9石油树脂作松香增效剂,可以显著提高阳离子分散松香胶的施胶效率,且在施胶剂加入量1%、硫酸铝加入量2%下获得理想施胶效果,并在pH7的中性条件下,仍然具有良好的施胶性能。

Petroleum resin C9 was co-emulsified with rosin by a cationic complex emulsifying system to prepare cationic rosin emulsion. The effect of proportion of petroleum resin C9, the dosage of alum and cationic rosin size as well as the pH value on the sizing degree of handsheets was investigated. The results show that cationic rosin emulsion with 5%-10% of petroleum resin C9 as a rosin enhancement agent can improve the efficiency of sizing of cationic dispersed rosin size, and a good sizing effect is obtained for sizing agent dosage of 1% and aluminum sulfate addition of 2% and a desirable sizing ability is obtained under the neutral condition of pH 7.
