高配比竹浆口杯原纸的生产实践

The research and practice in production of cup base paper with high proportion of bamboo pulp

口杯原纸广泛用于加工各种环保型一次性餐饮产品。高配比竹浆口杯原纸的研究与生产,对拓宽造纸原料,以竹代木,降低生产成本,提高纸厂经济效益有较大现实意义。本文通过对影响竹浆口杯原纸质量的主要原因进行分析,结合生产实际提出高配比竹浆口杯原纸的工艺控制措施。

The cup base paper is wildly used in manufacture of diverse environmental-friendly disposable tableware. Research and practice in the production of base paper with high proportion of bamboo pulp is great meaningful in extending the variety of raw paper materials by substituting bamboo for wood and in decreasing production costs and increasing economic results of paper mill. This paper tried to advance some technical measures about the process control in the production of cup base paper with high proportion of bamboo pulp by analyzing the main factors which influence the quality of cup base paper through combining with the practice in actual production.
