Application of Nanomaterial in the Base Cloth of Raising Wire Cloth

为了提高国产起绒针布用底布表面胶的致密性、强度及弹性,更好地满足起绒针布对各类织物的起绒,分析了国内起绒针布用底布的常见问题,通过分析纳米材料的应用及物理性能,提出借助纳米材料来补强底布表面橡胶层的物理性能的设想,试验表明:利用纳米材料表面效应对橡胶补强效果十分显著的特性,通过采用合理工艺,可显著提高底布表面胶的综合性能指标,从而满足起绒针布对各类织物的起绒要求,可替代进口产品。

In order to upgrade the compactness, strength, and elasticity of the base cloth of the domestic raising wire cloth for better catering the requirement of the raising performance of the raising clothing for varieties of fabric, analysis is done to the common problem occurrence to the base cloth of the domestic raising wire cloth. Through analysis of the application and physical performance of the nanomaterial, an idea is put forth of the reinforcement of the rubber layer on the base cloth with nanomaterial. Test proves that the reinforcement effect is of prominence. Through appropriate process, general performance of the rubbber layer can be gained,thus catering the requirement of the raising effect of the raising wire cloth for varieties of fabric, as a result of substitution of the overseas product.
