基于MasterCAM中切削用量自动化工艺设计

Automation Process Planning of Cutting Amount in MasterCAM

针对MasterCAM当中切削用量随切削加工的基本条件(工件材料、刀具材料、机床刚性系数等因素)的不同而不同,且必须逐一修改输入的问题,对MasterCAM的二次开发。利用VB软件设计加工条件设定输入的专用软件。通过设定输入的专用软件对切削加工的基本条件(工件材料、刀具材料、机床刚性系数)进行选择和输入,自动生成MasterCAM中的切削用量的数据库的文本文件。最后通过专用软件与MasterCAM软件的联调,实现MasterCAM当中切削用量的自动化生成。

In MasterCAM, the cutting amount varies as the basic conditions including workpiece material, tool material as well as rigidity of the machine being changed, and each of the parameters must be input one by one. According to this condition, MasterCAM has been re -developed, and a special software is designed by VB （ Visual Basic ） in which the basic machining conditions can be set and input. Through this special software, the cutting basic conditions can be selected and input, and the library txt file about the cutting amount in MasterCAM will be automatically generated. Finally, by quoting both special software and MasterCAM, the automatic generation of cutting amount in MasterCAM can be realized.
