摘要
根据弹性体动力学理论,建立轴向车铣细长杆的动力学模型,得到了各阶固有频率和主振型的计算公式,分析了在简谐激励下细长杆强迫振动的动力学响应。利用ANSYS对40Cr细长杆的车铣加工进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,得到了细长杆振动峰值的频率和幅值,且与理论计算的结果一致。研究结果表明,在细长杆的车铣加工中,应合理选择铣刀转速和齿数,可使切削频率避开共振区间,有利于得到更好的加工质量。
According to elastodynamics theory, the dynamic model of machining the slender rod is founded by axial turn -milling, the calculation formula of the natural frequencies and the main vibration mode are obtained, and the dynamic response of the slender rod forced vibration is studied under simple harmonic excitation. On the basis of ANSYS, the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis for the 40Cr slender rod machining by the axial turn - milling is carried, the slender rod of vibration frequency and amplitude of the peak are obtained, and the results are consistent with the results of theoretical calculations. It is shown that reasonable choice on cutter rotate speed and teeth number can avoid cutting resonance frequency range, it is propitious to obtaining more good processing quality.
