摘要
保质设计(Design for Quality)是将质量保证和质量管理融入到产品设计中的一种新的设计方法。在M. Morup两类质量论的基础上,介绍了保质设计的概念模型及产品开发方法,提出保质设计中基于功能特征模型的产品设计质量模糊评价方法,并以机床工业中普遍使用的可编程序控制器为例,详细给出了该方法的主要步骤、数学模型及应用实例。
Design for Quality (DFQ) is a novel design method that combines quality assurance and quality management into product design. On the basis of Dr. M. Morup's two classes of quality, this paper introduces the conceptual model and product development method of DFQ, and proposes the fuzzy evaluation method of product design quality in DFQ based on the function characteristics model. The main procedures, mathematical models and application example of this method are presented in detail.
