摘要
断丝问题一直是线切割加工中的一个严重的问题。立式回转线切割机床在工作中,丝筒是旋转的,因此断丝之后电极丝容易松散,会造成大量的电极丝浪费和降低加工效率。断丝防松装置利用二力平衡原理,实现对松丝的控制。当断丝出现后,机床停机,丝筒旋转速度降低,弹簧力直接将制动块压住电极丝,从而避免了大面积的松丝,减少电极丝的浪费,提高电极丝的利用率,节约了加工成本。
Wire broken is a serious problem in WEDM. When vertical rotation WEDM is working, the wire tube is rotating, so after the wires being cutting off, broken wire will easy to loose, which will cause a large number of electrode wire to be waste and also reduce processing efficiency. The device for preventing loose of wire breakage utilizes the prineiple of two balance forces, and will control the electrode wire not to loose. When the wire is broken, the machine stops over, the rotating speed of the wire tube goes down, and the spring force will directly make the brake block to pin the electrode wire. Thereby it comes to avoid a large range of wire loosening, and to reduce the waste of electrode wire, as well as to raise the utilization rate of wire electrode, thus the process costs will be saved.
