摘要
针对复杂曲面五轴数控加工中的局部干涉的检验与修正问题,运用微分几何理论推导环形刀刀触点处刀具曲面和工件曲面沿任意方向的曲率分布函数。根据局部曲率,建立了判断有无干涉的条件。对示例曲面和给定的加工刀具进行了曲率计算并绘制出了曲率分布函数图形。对所得到的图形进行分析表明,所推导的曲率公式和建立的无干涉条件完全正确且符合实际加工情形。
Aiming at the problems of verifying and modifying local interference in complex surfaces 5 - axis NC machining, the distributing functions of arbitrary directions' curvatures of the tool surface and the workpiece surface at a contacting point were deduced with the theory of differential geometry. According to the local curvatures, the condition that is able to judge whether gouging or not was founded. The curvatures of the demonstrated surface and the given tools were calculated and the graphs of curvatures were plotted. Detailed analysis, which was carried out to the available graphs indicates that the deduced curvature formulas and the established conditions are completely correct and accord with the practical situation of machining.
