摘要
给出了双三次B样条曲面的数学模型及反算方法,从而解决了数控加工曲面建模的问题。另外,运用等参数线加工方法,给出了三坐标数控加工偏置面计算方法。以此为基础,开发出了程序结构简便、投资少、实用性强的曲面造型和数控加工系统。
This paper puts forward the math model of bi - cubic B - spline curved surface and its reverse count method. Thus, the problem of curved surface modeling for NC machining is overcome. By using parameter curves machining method, a method of offset surface generation is presented for three - coordinates NC machining. On this basis, a set of simple configuration, little investment, powerful practicability system of curved surface modeling and NC machining is developed.
