摘要
研究了单元型制造车间的双资源调度。针对新到达的工件,首先将其分配到对应的加工单元上,或构建一虚拟加工单元,并采用四轮分配法为每道工序分配设备,采用遗传算法进行加工排序后,再通过四轮分配法为已分配任务的设备分配工人。给出了调度系统的结构及一个双资源调度的实例。
Dual- resource scheduling for manufacturing cell based workshop is researched. For the new arriving workpiece, it is first assigned to the relevant manufacturing cell, or a new virtual manufacturing cell is constructed. Then each procedure of every workpiece is assigned to a machine tool through a 4 steps assignment. After the machining sequence and starting time for every workpiece are calculated using genetics algorithm, the operators are selected for each procedure and machine tool through another 4 steps as signment. The structure of the scheduling system is showed, and a Dual - resource scheduling example is given.
