摘要 节能减排是贯彻落实科学发展观、建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的必然选择.火电厂节能减排任重道远.为了提高火电机组的经济性和环保性,必须发展超(超)临界、燃气-蒸汽联合循环、整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)、循环流化床、大容量热电联产和大型空冷等发电新技术.概述了这些火电新技术在我国的应用现状、问题与差距,并提出了2020年我国火力发电技术装备要达到的目标. Promoting energy saving and emission reduction is an embodiment of carrying out the scientific development concept and building up a resources-saving and environmental-friendly society. For thermal power plants, they have a long way to go in the aspect of energy saving and emission reduction. In order to improve the economic and environmental impacts of thermal power plants, new technologies, such as for (ultra) supercritical, gas-steam combined cycle, integrated gasification combined cycle, circulating fluidized bed, large air-cooling power generation and large volume heat-power cogeneration, should be developed. A brief introduction is being presented to the application status, existing problems and deficiencies of above technologies, while objectives for the year 2020 proposed.
