2008年7月起，国际油价大幅下跌，相比之下，国内成品油价格处于高位。2008年年末，“择机推出”的燃油税改革终于找到了全面实施的最佳时机，国务院决定自2009年1月1日起实施成品油税费改革。

Fuel-tax reform would obviously push forward with the further segmentation of truck market and development.In a long run,the imported brands,such as Volvo that is more suitable for long-distance transport,and high energy-saving would enjoy much opportunity in China market.
