摘要
近年来,我国卡车的销售数字被不断刷新,但许多企业的售后服务却没有实现同步发展,调查发现,很多卡车用户对企业提供的服务并不太满意。这不满意的背后说明,目前的售后服务模式确实存在不少问题。
In recent years,the records of total sales volumes of truck have been constantly broken,while the quality and level of after-safe service have not been optimally matured accordingly,and many customers kept complaining to the manufacturers about the quality of services.What behind of these dissatisfactions are clearly indicating that there are surely existing problems among current modes of after-sale services.
