Recently,the author had conducted visits to heavy-duty truck customers in Laiyuan and Hengshui counties in Hebei province,and found out that different brands of heavy-duty trucks had various performances because of quality of product and after-sale service,which had much impact on customers' comments on these brands image and decision-making in the future purchasing.
