普通小麦溶剂保持力与碱性水保持力的分析 被引量:2

Analysis of solvent retention capacity and alkaline water retention capacity in common wheat

摘要 选用19份品质差异较大的小麦品种为试材,对其溶剂保持力和碱性水保持力进行测定与分析。结果表明,不同品种间溶剂保持力和碱性水保持力均存在极显著差异;水保持力、碳酸钠保持力、蔗糖保持力、乳酸保持力与碱性水保持力间极显著正相关,复相关系数分别为0.597,0.648,0.527和0.694。采用最短距离法对供试小麦品种的溶剂保持力和碱性水保持力进行聚类分析,结果聚为3大类及若干亚类。同时根据动态聚类结果对各类中小麦品种的溶剂保持力和碱性水保持力进行了初步分析,以期为不同专用类型小麦品种的选育提供理论参考。 Nineteen wheat varieties and lines were used to analyze the relationships between solvent retention capacities (SRC) and alkaline water retention capacity (AWRC). The results indicated that water, sodium carbonate ,sucrose and lactic acid SRC were high significantly correlated with AWRC (R^2 = 0. 597,0. 648,0. 527,0. 694). There were significant differences among wheat varieties in four solvent retention capacities and alkaline water retention capacity. According to the cluster analysis, all of these varieties could be divided into three main groups and some subgroups. To provide theoretical references for wheat breeding of different types, solvent retention capacities and alkaline water retention capacity of each group were analyzed by the result of dynamic cluster.
