摘要
就不同坡向对毛竹主要解剖特征的影响及与物理力学性质关系进行研究。结果发现,维管束比量基本都是随着毛竹轴向高度的增加而逐渐增加,东北山顶和西南山脚的维管束比量及平均面积分别是42.2%和44.5%、0.318 mm2和0.261 mm2,其中,后者的比量比前者增大5.5%;基本组织比量随着轴向高度的增加而逐渐减小,东北山顶和西南山脚的毛竹基本组织比量分别为57.8%和55.5%,后者比前者降低3.98%;东北山顶和西南山脚的导管比量及平均面积分别为4.36%和5.70%、0.015 4 mm2和0.019 1 mm2,在0.05水平上经双样本等方差假设得出,东北山顶和西南山脚导管比量及平均面积、维管束平均面积间差异均显著。抗弯弹性模量与维管束比量有较高的抛物线关系。
Impact of different slope on the main anatomical characteristics and the relationship between them and the physical & mechanical properties of bamboo were conducted. The results show that vascular bundle proportion increases gradually along with the bamboo axial height increasing, the vascular bundle proportion and average area of bamboo of northeast hill top and southwest hill foot are 42.2% ,44. 5% and 0. 318 mm^2 ,0. 261 mm^2 ,respectively, and the latter proportion increases 5.5% more than the former one. The basic tissue proportion decreases gradually along with the bamboo height increasing, the basic tissue proportion of bamboo of the northeast hill top and southwest hill foot are 57.8% and 55.5% respectively, and the latter decreases 3.98% less than the former. The vessel proportion and average area of bamboo of the northeast hill top and southwest hill foot are 4.36%, 5.70% and 0. 015 4 mm^2 ,0. 019 1 mm^2 ,respectively. The difference of the vessel proportion and average area,vascular bundle average area between the bamboo of the northeast hill top and southwest hill foot are remarkable in 0. 05 level after the T-examination. There is a parabola correlation between the MOE and vascular bundle proportion.
