摘要
为了探讨油菜氮素营养诊断指标以及与产量预测的关系,应用3414最优回归设计的田间试验,结合定量氮素分析,初步确立油菜不同生育时期叶片营养诊断指标为苗期1.48%-1.95%,苔期4.65%~5.56%,角果发育期3.40%~4.10%。并发现角果发育期叶片中氮吸收量和产量呈显著的相关,建立角果发育期叶片氮吸收量和产量的曲线方程,可对该期油菜产量进行理论预测。
To investigate the relationship between indicators of nitrogen nutrition and yield forecast in the rape, we applied the design of the optimal regression of 3414 to field experiment, and tentatively established nutrition indicators in the leaf of rape at different growth stages: seedling stage 1.48% - 1.95%, shooting stage 4. 65% 5.56%, bean stage 3.40% -4. 10%. It is found that the yield was significantly related to absorption of nitrogen at bean stage in the leaf, establishing curve equation, and theoretically predicting the yield of rape at this stage.
