热等离子体烟气脱硫技术初步试验研究

摘要 采用热等离子体烟气脱硫方法在内蒙古呼和浩特热电厂25 MW机组上进行小型工业试验研究,利用专用的脱硫剂(MR),在较小的加药量下,烟气中SO_2的脱除量明显,通过调整加药量可以快速调整脱硫效率。本方法具有脱硫效率高、设备简单、脱硫剂加入量小、无二次污染等特点,是具有自主知识产权的脱硫技术。 The thermal plasma flue gas desulphurization method was used in the small scale industrial experimental study on 25 MW unit of Inner Mongolia Huhhot Thermal Power Plant. With the special-purpose of sweetening agent (MR) , the SO2 in the flue gas was removed obviously by adding small amount of MR. The removal efficiency can be increased immediately by increasing the amount of MR. We own the IPR of the desulphurization technology and it has the advantages of high efficiency, easy operation, small amount of MR used and no secondary pollution.
