摘要
我国农村物流体系还未完全建立,对农村物流宏观调控十分必要。文章从农业的特点、农村物流的特殊性、国际普遍规则等方面论述了对农村物流进行宏观调控的必要性。同时还对农村物流宏观调控的目标和基本原则、农村物流宏观调控的主要内容、农村物流的宏观调控体系分别进行了详尽的说明。
The rural logistics system hasn＇t established completely in China. The macroeconomic control of tbe rural logistics is extremely essential, because of the characteristic of agricultural industry, the specificity of the rural logistics and the requirement of international general rules. Author has given at large discuss about the purpose and basic principles of macro-control of the rural logistics and the major content and the control system of the rural logistic macro-control in this article.
