摘要
生产物流是制造企业独有的物流现象,加强生产物流管理可以提高生产效率,增加企业利润。改善生产物流管理对于福建经济的可持续发展具有重要的意义。文章分析了当前福建制造企业在生产物流管理方面存在的问题,并针对问题进行对策分析。
The production logistics is the unique logistics phenomenon of the manufacturing enterprise, the enhancement production logistics management can enhance the production efficiency and increase enterprise profit. The improvement production logistics management has the vital significance regarding the Fujian economy sustainable development. The article has analyzed the question which exists in the production logistics management in the current Fujian manufacturing enterprise, and aims at the question to carry on the countermeasure anaysis.
