摘要
Many foreign enterprises have been established in China since the country joined the World Trade Organization （WTO） in December 2001, and that has meant a growing number of foreigners have been working and living in some of China＇s largest cities. As they have tried to fit into Chinese society, many of them have ＂fallen in love＂ with the Spring Festival. As a result, many of the traditional elements of the festival -- such as the large, red lanterns, lively folk music, delicious foods and fragrant green tea -- have spread throughout the world.
作为中国人一年中各种节庆的“龙头老大”，春节日益为外国人所接受，他们大部分人都以中国人的方式庆祝春节，并将中国春节的欢乐祥和气氛传递给世界各地的亲人。因了外国友人的参与，色彩缤纷的节日更显多姿多彩。
